Tilapia Air Fryer



1 lb tilapia cut into 4 strips
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1 large egg, beaten
2 c. bread crumbs
1 tsp. seasoning
Lemon wedges
Tartar sauce



1.- Pat fish dry and season on both sides with salt and pepper.
2.- Place flour, egg, and bread crumbs in three shallow bowls. Add seasoning to bread crumbs and toss to combine. Working one at a time, coat fish in flour, then in egg, and finally in bread crumbs, pressing to coat.
3.- Working in batches, place fish in the basket of air fryer and cook at 400° for 10 to 12 minutes, gently flipping halfway through, or until fish is golden and flakes easily with a fork.
4.- Serve with lemon wedges and tartar sauce.
