Lobster Dip


1 can (7 oz) lobster, drained and flaked
1 tbsp onion, minced or 2 tbsp green onion, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp butter, softened
1 tbsp prepared horseradish



In a medium bowl, mix together lobster, onion, lemon juice, cream cheese, butter, and horseradish until well combined. Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. The dip will be more flavorful the longer it sits.
